• We are available to assist you whenever you have an incident. Whether the call is made immediately after the event, or you need help with paperwork and expense processing after repairs have been made, JCL will work with you every step of the way.

• We collect and report initial incident / accident information to the client’s insurer and put the client in touch with the appropriate claim representatives.

• We review all information which is sent to the client’s insurer, help complete reports when appropriate, and monitor the process making sure that claims are paid in a timely manner and with the client’s best interest in mind.

• If a dispute arises, we help negotiate a solution.

• If damage to a client’s aircraft is caused by a 3rd party and the client wants to obtain damages from the 3rd party instead of going through their insurer, we help facilitate that process.
