Assessment and Exposure Identification

• On-site visits allow us to develop an operational survey to assess risk and then develop the best and most comprehensive insurance program for our clients. Survey results are reviewed with the client’s risk management team, which allows the client to improve their risk management program as well as helping JCL develop an insurance program to meet the client’s unique needs.

• As part of the evaluation process we review contracts and agreements and recommend any improvements that will benefit the client when those contracts come up for renewal.  By reviewing the agreements, we can also develop insurance programs which meet the agreed-upon terms.

• Full review of a client’s safety program and recommendations as needed.

• Evaluation and monitoring of insurer financial security and claim paying ability. For example, if a carrier receives a finance downgrade, JCL will work with the client to best address these issues.
